Creating the next
 generation of built
 environment professionals

Instilling the next generation of built environment professionals with the creativity and skill to deliver truly sustainable developments and communities

The CCBE’s key objective is to equip future built environment professionals with the practical and professional skills to create exemplar communities. A passion for quality is at the heart of what we do and it is not by accident that the CCBE is located within the area designated as Europe’s largest growth point.

With easy access to several towns and cities, as well as rural locations across the English Midlands, the CCBE is ideally placed to take full advantage of our setting. A number of major town centre redevelopment programmes, sustainable urban extensions, logistics and rail infrastructure developments and Eco towns are right on our doorstep.

“We are realising that if you have people walk and bicycle everywhere, you have a more lively, more liveable, more attractive, more safe, more sustainable and more healthy city. And what are you waiting for?”

Jan Gehl
